Arnold Clark, Glasgow went above and beyond in customer service. The car was upgraded to a BMW Series 3 which I was originally concerned about considering the one lane passing roads (I usually have a very small car) but the vehicle was perfect especially considering the condition of small sections of roads after Storm Any. Garry at the counter also kindly organised their courtesy shuttle bus to tske me to Glasgow Central. Overall +5 star customer service.
