Really happy with my hire experience. The Europcar rep was very speedy and didn't try to sell me any unwanted additional insurances as I mentioned up front that I was covered.

Truly amazing service by Zest all the staff, extremely helpful. My flight got delayed overnight and they instantly assisted me throughout the entire process they gave me a refund of 1 day due to the loss of 1 day as well instantly. Anything I needed was answered with a perfect description and promptly. I will for sure always use Zest as they have won over my trust. The best car rental provider I've ever used.

I have hired cars regularly both in UK and Overseas. This is one of the best experience I had and it is in UK.
I was politely asked (not pushed) for additional excess insurance. I declined this without further pressure like other hire car experience I had in UK or Spain.
Well done Europcar.
