I was given a brand new hybrid that I fell in love with. Staff were friendly and helpful. Collection was 45 minutes late due to the car not being ready which was annoying bu was down to the previous borrowers not returning on time so not their fault, they did say we could take it back later than scheduled but due to a flight that was not possible. I would use again though
