Booking through Zest was much cheaper than with car rental provider direct. Included excess cover from Zest was reassuring. Rental provider tried to push extras (at extra cost) when picking up car. Numerous small dents & scratches on car not a problem as all identified on documents when car picked up. Europcar car return at Heathrow airport quick and efficient, plus free shuttle bus to airport.
