A great experience all round. Easy booking and good price through Zest - wonderful customer service. Budget at Belfast airport pick up experience was great - helpful and friendly service. Drop off was seamless and the young man that checked the car over was very helpful. Thank you for another good car hire.

We had a problem with Budget due to us not having a credit card in the main driver's name. They were not prepared to budge until we rang Zest who sorted it all out in about 5 minutes. We were very impressed as it was a Sunday evening - someone answered the phone straight away and then dealt with Budget directly on our behalf - all sorted. Thank you!
