I was very happy with the service provided by Zest and Budget. Everything went smoothly and my £1200 deposit was returned within two days of returning the vehicle.

The initial vehicle offered had both front tyres nearly down to the wear indicator bars and was rejected. Another car was offered quickly without fuss, this car had no faults and was taken. The Firefly / Hertz representatives were very helpful in the processing of the replacement vehicle. my thanks for the professional handling of this go to all the team at the airport.
