The lady who we rented the car from at pick up was excellent and a much better experience than my many US rental car experiences..which I do often living in the states! So appreciate all of the employees hospitality!

I was a bit worried after seeing some other low-rated reviews for Hertz, but I booked a small manual car with them, and ended up getting a Toyota automatic that felt like a brand-new car, perfectly tuned. The return process was smooth too, making for a very pleasant rental experience!
