Zest emails and reminders of our car hire were timely and helpful. The rental process was smooth - the car hire company was prepared with all the necessary paperwork. Francesco and Mario at Sixt were very friendly and helpful. Francesco even manoeuvred our car out of a tight spot (away from the garage) (“I’ll help to get the car on the road [out of the pedestrian area] - I know how to deal with Italian pedestrians.“. And after we’d returned the car, he went out of his way to greet us as we walked past each other and reassured us that all was well with the returned car.

It was a very straightforward experience. Information was shared well and even an itinerary of what we would need to do when we arrived at Palma. I would definitely recommend using Zest car rental and Sixt.
